crash crash adn more crashes

1st round of the WM turny had one crash. 2nd round had a crash that said it assessed me a 2 stroke penalty then had 2 more crashes. Anyone else seeing this?

Don't know if anyone else is playing 2k1.Turn the sound off in-game and the crashes will reduce, play offline along with sound off and they will go away entirely.
