The difference it makes when you get tough pin positions compared to the much easier center of the greeen ones was never more shown in the first 2 rounds at Bay Hill.
Obviously gusty to no wind had a part to play but round 1 with pins at the back of greens, just over bunkers and throw in the soft green conditions as well and it's no surprise the scores were lower than expected. Round 2 with no wind easy to get to pins and the scores shoot back up ( excepting the 2 long par 5's where the bunker did make it very tough to get near the pin)
