DQ'd?

I was in the middle of a rd when the server went down. Why am I DQ'd?

Happened to me this morning with 1 hole to play in the 4th round.
I took my 2 stroke penalty, but I'm not sure if I'm going to finish the tourney.

Your on the West coast I'm East, we have players in Europe, the sever is in Texas. When would be a good time so things don't happen?
