requesting more course choices

Is there any provision for requesting or adding more courses to the list of available courses?

however, i'd like to see, when things settle down, mark accept larry warrilow's unofficial list, and start implementing some of the new tracks. then perhaps mark will post a sticky and new course nominations could be an ongoing process.
