Tournament - St Andrews Old Course/the old course

HELP!!
The present tournament Dunmound St Andrews stipulates all three St Andrews courses, and I have both versions of the Old Course in my COURSES folder, but was rejected on the grounds that a "suitable file was not found". Is this an error?
The versions are St_andre.CRZ and STANDREW.CRZ

I'm not sure which course the tournament is looking for, but note there are three (3) courses for The Old Course (St. Andrews) in this list (#101, 102, and 103):
