2 Stroke Penalty

In the 3rd round of a tournament, my computer decided to kick me out of the game. Normally, I could just get back in without a penalty. This time, I was given a 2 stroke penalty. Why is it that the 2 stroke penalty was taken from both the 3rd and 4th round? That was a total of 4 strokes off my score.

It looks like it takes 2 from each round but actually it doesn’t. If you check your actually scores each round I think you will see it only takes 2 in total.
