No luck with d/l

Postby in2bluz on Tue Jan 16, 2007 11:09 pm

Hi - I installed the new site switch over d/l to play online test tourneys but I still go to the site with no tourneys. Anyone know what I might have possibly overlooked after the install process? Thx

once you login on the test site, click the 'options' tab and choose 'arcade'.

thx for the reply, but I'm not being directed to the test site, I go to the original lspn site. I did d/l the newest one and installed it but their seems to be no difference. I didn't have to "re-logon" ( just in case I should have had to ), and their isn't an arcade in the options area, so I think that I am still at the original site.

ok, i think i'm semi up to speed. you downloaded this file:

http://test.lspn.net/test/LSPN_Test_Site.exe

but when you start links, you're still logging into the main site?

i'm still fuzzy there because there's an arcade listed at the main site (here) and the test site?

Thanks Terrell for your help. I needed to click on - use internet settings in the connections area of the game and now I have the tourneys. Your help is very much appreciated and kind. Thanks, Denny aka in2bluz.

lol. you're very welcome, denny. but now i'm even more baffled. generally, connection problems are resolved by unchecking 'use system internet settings' and checking 'connect through lan or connect manually'. and nothing checked for proxy unless you're actually using one.

but whatever works. glad you're aboard.

Your reply got me wondering if what I wrote was correct so I went back in to double check the settings and thats what it was. Lan checked and no proxy. So I unchecked it and I still had the tourneys either way. Maybe it just woke it up lol. So like you said what ever works lol. Thanks again
