Score error

Two of my last three rounds I have been cheated on my score. The first round I shot -17, but when my stats were transferred, I was only shown as -15. The second time I shot -16, but was only given -14 on the leaderboard. Completely BS and unfair.

What course/tournament? Is it possible that the course par was set incorrectly for the rounds/tournament??
