Muirfield Links Crashed!

Postby Richard on Mon Jun 04, 2007 7:51 pm

After playing the first round at -12. The Links program crashed on the first hole. I requalified with 1 stroke penalty. At the start of the next round the score board had me at -10. From then on the score board went up and down not correctly recording my score. After finishing the second round I shot a -10. Started the third round to find out it started me on the second round again. Played the second round at -9. Played the 3rd round at -7. Played the fourth round at -10. Final score including 1 stoke penalty should be -38.

The scoring is all messed up!!!!.

Houston you got a problem.

Scoring/crashing problems

Postby jdd69 on Tue Jun 05, 2007 12:58 pm

I've had the same experience on a number of tournaments. Some you can play a round a 2nd time & then carry on with scoring a bit wierd, others there seems no way to get back into a tournament.

Don't feel like the Lone Ranger. I crashed on a 3' birdie putt on the first hole of the first round.

Accept it, and just keep playing.

Bruce,

I will keep playing, but will not accept it. The final score is incorrect.

But you realize that, and that is good enough. Don't let it get to you. Just have fun playing.
