online play

Postby cliffy on Thu Apr 09, 2020 9:18 am

A listing of the courses appears in the online/ls tour. After selecting a course to play I receive the following message:

A suitable course could not be found for the following rounds Augusta National 2009.

At this point I thought I did everything humanly possible to start testing my skills in this game Links 2003.

Is there anybody who knows what the solution is for this problem?

When you view your course manager in the game do you see Augusta National 2009 listed?

You did download the course, unzip it, install it on your hard drive, then install it thru the course manager in-game 1st right?

You likely have the 2010 update "Augusta National 2009 - 2010 update" with the filename AugustaNational2010_locked.crz , its in-game name is confusingly also Augusta National 2009. I believe you instead need the "Augusta National 2009" with the filename AugustaNational2009Final.crz. I saw the 2009 version seems to be the one mostly used on LSPN and I have been casually wondering why no one seems to be using the 2010 version.

Well cliffy,
I see you found the solution to your problem so that you were able to start testing your skills. It would be nice if you returned to the thread and tell the community how you solved it. That would aid future players who might run across a similar problem.
