I had to replace my old system with a new windows 10, I am not a tech, would like someone lo help me get back into game.
Windows 10, I think my graphics is Intel (R) HD graphics 630. Here is my error report, can some one send me a line by instructions to fix. I have d/L all the patches.

Thank you for responding to my post. Neither worked, however, I am grateful for you response. I just picked up an old HP tower running windows 7 and now I am back in the game. Thank you again for your effort to help.

I too had a similar problem with Windows 10, and when I switched back to Windows 7 (Win 10 was acting strange with many other applications as well), all the problems were gone. So, the actual culprit is Windows 10.

Please consult your router documentation or the router manufacturer's website to learn how to disable the firewall in order to test your connection.

As far as I know, yes, but it will help to "Run as an administrator" (and post here if you run into any other problems!
