Unnamed Course

In my course list on Links I have 12 "unnamed course" listings in with my other courses. When I try to delete them it says to insert cd. I have tried everything to correct the problem, even re-installing Links, and I'm still getting the Unnamed Course error.

I have tried all that, and I still got unnamed courses on there. It's affecting only the non-Microsoft courses. By the way, I'm using Links 2003 with the v1.07 update on Windows 10.
