Help

Ok I had to replace my hard drive. Windows 7 home addition. I posted earlier and it was suggested that I right click and run as superior administrator or something like that. I did that and the game launched. however now it says my video card does not meet minimum requirements? I installed 2003 before and it ran fine but crashed, so I unistalled it and reinstalled 2003 and 2003 champ edition. I can't save the game to c drive because when I download the patches it says I don't have administrator authorization? So I downloaded everything to my desktop. downloaded the first patch, and then 1.07 funal, the crashing patches and the distance patch....Won't work and I am totally lost...Help please...
