server message not registered

Had to reset my laptop.......... Windows 8.1 (don't say anything)....... before I had to reset - links tour was working get but now I get --- server message.... not registered. Had to install new links v1.07 and log in to Links home page. just paid my yearly dues..... Have the internet connection same as before.... The links tour works fine on my desk top in my office BUT can not get to the on line links tour........ keeps saying I am not registered..... but my account on LSPN is working and Id and password work fine. Please advise and Thank you.....

thanks; got it working. Now I have problem with it crashing when playing........ need to check the vid card...... more than likely something else. got new 17" laptop..... love the size but got to work out these problems.
