Set way of Shot!

Hi Guys!

Installed my loving Links2003!
Did not use it for years.
Question!

When i stand on tee, i want to set the virtual flag to a point on the fairway,
which a wanna shot to.
I want to use the camera from above!
But i can`t set the flag on a local place in the seperate window of
the special camera.
I only can do that on main camera (behind my golfer)
I hope you understand what i mean (i am coming from AUSTRIA)

You can only aim in the top view camera (the separate window) if you are playing as a Champ player/level or below. At Elite, you cannot aim in the top view.

Hi Folks!

I tried.
Change my Player from Elite to Champ.
Opened Top View Camera in seperate Window.
Aimed curser on a place in Topview Camera, but it is always shown a few
meters in front of me in the main Picture.
Here i can change it`s position.
Cursor to place, right click on mouse button!
But no way in Topview Camera

Hi Folks!

Everthings OK, i forgot to delete my Player
in the running Tournament.
Now i changed to Champ and i can aim the Flag.
One further question.
I thought i can change the Classic swing Window from normal to
big. (Or bigger than now)
But i can`t find this option.

Hi ok once you are in game at bottom is Shot Option click that and swing option put check in large swing gauge

i believe it may also require your graphics to be a certain setting or you will not get the option.

How must i understand that?
There is no option.
Doesn`t matter what i do, Classic-Swing windows
has always the same size!

Another question.
Is there any tutorial, where i can look, or
practice "Backspin"
What do i need basically. The right Iron??
How must i adjust Tracetory to play backspin???

maybe someone can give me some help!

if you go to the tech forum and search for swing meter then you will find some answers. i have not changed setting for quite a while but seem to recall going into options then choosing graphics and you will have various choices.

i have found backspin varies mostly with conditions of the greens. also slope of green. for instance if you have soft/slow green you will get a lot of back spin. the other factor would be the loft of club. wedges and higher numbered clubs will result in more backspin then the low irons.

If your graphics setting is above 1280 x 1280 the large swing meter is not available, when you go into shot options the check box will be grayed out
