Some are set up with requals allowed, others are not.

I can't say for sure, but I'm guessing that the 40 mulligans allowed in this tournament were enough of a reason to disallow requals. I mean, how many chances does a player need? :roll:

On a sidenote, isn't it ironic that the censor bot bans the use of a word that is in the name of the tourney? (I d i o t)
