expanson file

Postby Jimboroks1 on Thu Mar 31, 2011 8:01 pm

I just downloaded the expansion file from Links corners and was wondering , don't these add more people ,etc. to the game. If it would help me exactly what file would I put them into.

existing players are here:

<d>:\ProgramData\Links 2003\Players

i've never heard of the expansion pack, but i'll assume this is the folder where extra players would go. there may be a readme directing otherwise?

There were 2 expansion packs that were released for 2K1 with additional players & courses.
#1 featured Mike Weir on the cover & #2 featured Craig Stadler on the cover.

What version of Links do you have? You have stated before, that you have Links 2003. If you have Links 2003, I don't believe that the a-nis, from the expansion packs, will even install.

And terminology is important. You don't put anything into a file. You put files in a folder.

where is programdata located on the computer. I was looking for that folder and found one in C:\Users\Jimboroks\Documents\Links 2003 . The recorded players folders folder is empty.

lol. this is probably the reason i have an aversion to going to the trouble of posting pitchers:
