Can't Load Up Links 2003 on my Windows 10 New Compter

Can't Load Up Links 2003 on my Windows 10 New Computer. Can anyone give me a suggestion or an alternate way to download the game now from a different source. I have not played in a year or more. I get all sorts of error messages including having to get authorized by the administrator which I think is me. I am not real computer savy.

Did you get this working? Runs fine for me on W10

Sounds to me it could be download problem, I ran links on w10 with no issues.
Thought I read or seen w10 doesn't recognize Links even though it's a Microsoft game.
May be worth ordering discs rather than download if available
Common sense and common courtesy two things this world needs more of.
