Matchmaker problems

Why am I not able to join a game on Matchmaker? My firewall is off, but still can not get in. [/i][/b]

I am also having trouble with matchmaker. It won't let me join a game and also when i try to host, it launches but does not bring the other players with me. Any ideas???
