All these tournaments

Are all the tournaments just funners now? or are we going to get another ranking system and flight tournaments in due course! any help on this would be most appreciated!

And if I may add, there are some pretty cool tournaments set up. Even though it's fun to score really low sometimes, it would be nice to have a challenge every now and then. I think the last two tournaments I have completed had no wind the entire 4 rounds. Also, they were hitting from the ladies tees. Maybe I'll set up a tournament with some teeth to it. If I can shoot -67 under par on pro level, something is seriously up (I usually get in the -40's), I'm ok, just not THAT good.

why they like to play ladies tees i have no idea its like pitch and putt. and theres not much skill in it really. I think the amatures maybe havent learnt the breeze distances yet so they are just practising at the moment on these.
