I thought they were missing! I don't know what happened. Unless....I wonder if auto-pruning is turned on in the forums. I'll go check.

yep, that's what happened. Do you remember what the other post was? I know the one was about port forwarding.

1 was about port forwarding, other was about ....the microsoft directplay helper file, to allow incoming with ones firewall for this file. this allows players to join a game you are hosting in match maker. sometimes firewalls fail to notify what they are blocking.
depends on settings i guess. if you are gonna post this you better reword it
C:\WINDOWS\system32\dplaysvr.exe.....allow this file as incoming on the exception list in your firewall. all ports...tcp/udp...all IP addresses
