as we have found through hard experience, any change in course file ID after an event has started results in no one being able to access the event.

since mark has fixed the ID problem, the week 29 under the radar event at both pro and champ at Westchester CC has been re-entered as "wk 29 UTR2" (custom hole locations and all), and has been up and running since about 8pm wed evening US EDT. same finish date: sunday night at 12 midnight PDT. westchester is well worth the relatively large file DL. good luck on a great course. lw
