I dunno, maybe I'm missing something but if you look at the username in your post your name is already jeff200. A quick look at the memberlist does not show the name jeff_ as existing (probably explaining why it won't work). Just trying to help, good luck

It is taking a long time, my advice is to simply create a second ID.

Paul only has 4 letters too, so that won't work. It might be a good idea to let Mark know what you want as your login name.
