Tony, not unexpected as I always get that error about 1 out of 20 rounds when I lose power or have an internet connection drop in the middle of a round. I bet there's a magical way to get them sent and hopefully the techno wizards here will tell you how today. Too bad there's not a backup system in place where you can post your stats files on the website like we do at OWGT.

Rarely is it power failure unless I'm playing during a thunderstorm but the cable company is the major culprit.

I never had any trouble in the arcade games, This was the first time I froze since beginning to play here back in the winter. I have used Charter for my cable connection for 16 months and lost service only 3 times. Twice it was back up in 20 minutes or less, once it took them about 4 hours. I doubt it was the cable company as I surfed the web after leaving Links as well

I wish there was a way for Mark to code into the program a true freeze, loss of power etc into the game to allow a resume. I am sure there is, but to discern that from those playing poorly and dropping out might be a problem

mark doesn't have to do anything beyond what is already available. there is already a remedy for those who suffer isp or power problems that cause tour game dQs: play off-line.

almost 100% safe. i have lost only one game since dec of '02. lw
