Bighorn should get a high rating for difficulty. Sloping fairways/greens , elevation changes. I don't know if this course is real , but it probrably would be a slope of 146 to 150.

chip, bighorn (mountain) is a terrific real world course designed by arthur hill, but even at champ is not a grossly severe test, although local knowledge (which all the long time players have because this is an old file indeed) helps a lot. lw

they used to hold a senior tour four man television event on the (hills) bighorn mountain course, but the tiger/sergio television events were all on the (fazio) canyons course. if you ask the experienced links players, they will tell you that the big horn mountain course has many opportunities for shooting very low scores, even at champ. lw

i can report that at champ in the week of 28 december last year, the winning score at champ click at bighorn was -52, indicating a well below average difficulty rating. i myself shot - 25 but i made a lot of mistakes. lw
