must be a error, if you look at his event stats longest drive is 299yds. The 1st hole par 5 ladies tees is about 414yds downhill 27yds. I agree seems impossible to ace, also aced another par 5.

It is impossible to ace the par 5 holes 1 & 8 even in windy conditions. Can't wait to see what Mark is going to say about this problem.

unless it's a secret, there won't be much commentary from mark or anyone else until someone actually identifies the event and round. lw

thanks warren. while i had already ground through a bunch of am events while looking it up out of curiosity, how about the seven 2's on par fours? while other players have scored multiple aces on par threes, the player in question somehow failed to achieve any. at no wind medium and soft it's hard to believe anyone can reach either of those two par 5 greens, but at "am ladies", i've given up being surprised by anything. we'll just have to see if he can keep it up, however he's doing it. (lol) too bad for newcomer if he can. lw

just as a speculation, if someone had figured out how to get a free drop off the tee in any direction for any distance, that might allow a certain flexibility in how one could choose to score on any given hole. of course this theory is just for the paranoia guys. lw

Hmmm, little surprised with your searching Larry, New Guy said Trent Acid (name of tourney) and Tman55, what's going on? (player) in his post. Also, just to set the record straight, it's forward tees not ladies and that scoring is impossible!! That leaves only two answers deceit or serious programing error, either way until it's fixed the integrity of scoring is in the crapper. :(

I think it's just a scoring issue on the server. Nothing to worry about.

doc, it would've been nice to say am level. i initially thought trent-acid was a player id. i found it because i figured there had to be a decent sized field. no big deal, but guys in the first flush of indignation often forget to include info that would make it easier to at least look at the problem. thus: "trent-acid am level event" would have been ideal.

the tech forum questioners have been getting much better at this. lw

Can't argue with you there Larry. I have seen people start threads that seem to be in the middle of a thought, I scratch my head wondering what the heck are they talking about. On occasions I've wanted to ask them, but then decided not play the roll of roadkill for the Accipitridaes :)
