Frame rate??

My frame rate is bouncing between 22-28.
It does not matter how many processes i shut down.
My old computer stayed at 31 (most of the time). But
this one has me stumped. :cry:

Doug,

By chance on your new computer are you using the onboard (motherboard) video or do you have a separately installed video card? System video from the motherboard is generally lousy for gaming and that could explain your low and fluctuating frame rate.

Howdy doug, long time bro, check your memory sticks sir unless this a new setup. Defenantly a graphic issue and/or memory.
