8800GTS Vista

Anyone playing with the 8800 graphics card yet on Vista? I'm having some serious graphic problems. After reloading, everything worked fine for a day or so then went back to graphics being messed up in game, not being able to see golfer, no pin locater in top down, etc. I loaded the 0x0193 card in the videocard.txt file but no change. Anyone know of any other tricks to try?
