I have not played a long time and do not have the new courses required to play in tournaments. I download and unzip the course file but they only go to 99% and it says I do not have access. Any thoughts on why this might be happening?

Downloads are unzipping completely now. All I changed was making sure I was logged into linkscorner when I downloaded the courses. Happy Golfing.
