Sorry if this questions has been asked before. Am playing Stableford 19 at Coogans Bluff. Checked conditions and it says "Forward" tees. However the tees were obviously the Back tees. I have noticed this happening occasionally. My question is whether this is happening to all players in that tourney and wondering why this happens.
