How many times did Patrick Cantay just ground his club in that hazard on the par three. He set his club on that wooden stake at least 6 times.

If you're talking about Harbour Town some that sand is not considered sand like a bunker sand. Links has similar on some courses. If there's no 5 O'clock bar, it's not bunker sand. Can be hard pan or sand.

I thought it was funny how Rahm and the other announcers were saying they'd never hit that shot, and then Cantlay went ahead and hit it close. It did take a little too long to make the decision though. If I was a playing partner, I would've holed out and been on the next tee by the time he hit it. :)

Hmm, guess I need to read the new rules. I thought I heard an announcer say when a player (not this tourney) was on the other side of the red line that he couldn't ground his club. My bad... thanks for the info

I'm sorry Patrick, but please speed up your play anyway.

It hurts to watch Patrick Cantlay play golf.
