Is there a reason why , when we play this course, the conditions are always breezy m/m? I might have asked this question before but i cant remember an answer

Roy, be thankful that no one has said(If you don't like it then play a different course).
Or, something like that. I do not play Ostego nor do i know whom sets it up.
I thought Doug Hurst just did the PLSA. But, i could be wrong on that. Maybe he
will respond.
