US Open - Torrey Pines

Just curious but is there a reason we aren't using the updated version of Torrey Pines?
These are the "Good Ole Days", just wait and see.

I honestly did not know when I submitted my pin positions to Mark. Clearly 2013 would have been the better choice. 2002 is probably still a good choice for The Farmer's Insurance Open because no U. S. Open Rough.
Next time the U. S. Open or PGA come to Torrey, I'll use 2013 for sure.

Any idea ahead of time which version of TPC River Highlands we'll be using?
