I need to add my thanks as well. I'm trying to think how far back I go with LSPN... doesn't really matter. What does matter is its contribution to my sanity (maybe everyone else's also). Every time I see "Cannot connect to DB" I think what if it's gone. It's so an important part of my life, it would be pretty devastating.

So yes, thank you Mark and all who contribute.

It would be nice to have a big world tournament somewhere. That's not feasible... but it would sure be fun.

I remember and still have a few results of a tournament that was played here called (some kind of shootout). Will have to look it up. The first week everyone played and then the next week only the top half got to play and then so on till there was a winner. That was a fun event.

i remember playing in that Jim
yes the field halved each week and the last man (or indeed woman) standing was the winner
the pressure on every shot was enormous

it would be brilliant to have that event back again
the name of the event escapes me but ........
