A Big Shoutout "THANK YOU"

I for one would like to take this opportunity to shout out a big "THANK YOU" to Mark (and crew) for everything he does to keep this game of Links 2003 golf game going for us to enjoy. Sure, we've had some bumps in the road lately but I know that Mark is doing his best to keep a 25+ years old designed game going with today's modern technology, that can't be easy. I would say that a good portion of us "linksters" have been around since Links'99 or even Links'97. Some people don't realize it but Mark(like all of us)has a life outside of Links 2003 golf. He has a family and a few businesses to run along with keeping the Links 2003 golf going for us old f@rts to enjoy playing. I'm sure it's not easy to keep this game going, especially given that it's 25+ years old. I for one would be lost without the almost daily competitive rivalryness that is offered to us through all the tournaments and different leagues that the LSPN website has to offer. I think I can speak for the vast majority of us "linksters" in what I'm trying to say here. I'm all in for what ever needs to be done to keep this Links 2003 golf game alive. Bring back the memberships if needed. BUT, my main concern is to let Mark know "THANK YOU" for everything, I do appreciate it along with many others.

I very much agree. I was lucky enough to meet both Mark and David at the golf hall of fame. A great couple of guys. Yeah, most of us would be lost without this site.

I would like to echo Rick's well said message. I've been with Links since 98. I too was able to make the trip to St Augustine back when MS was doing the big money tourney. Got to meet Mark, Dave and a number of the top linksters of the time. Even won my version of Links 2003 via the putting green at the HOF site. Have it signed by Anika.

I'd like to add my thanks to the list! I've been playing Links off and on since the DOS-based "Links: The Challenge of Golf". Played for a couple of seasons on Case's Ladder but other than that have never competed until I found this place and the fun group of duffers that still play this game. I still don't compete (HaHa), but I have fun trying and appreciate the magic in the background that allows us to continue to enjoy the game!
