umm , I'm 45 and this is too political for me , I vote , play golf and after the Hicks drama I don't think I wanna go to Guantanamo , so umm don't worry about Crooked Creek huh , I'll just have to miss out on the Links tourney I created , *sigh*

wow, straw. i'm impressed. you're a class individual. you would not believe (or maybe you would) the flame wars we've had over this very topic. interesting though, guantanamo wouldn't concern me, but i wouldn't want my mother crying. that would be enough for me.

you can create plenty of other tournaments. champ preferrably. i would be proud to try one.

the evil genius behind all this madness is mark hulka. i'm not totally sure of david cass' involvement. maybe nothing, maybe a lot. and i'm not totally sure who else has had input into getting this tour up and running. i know brucebo has been moderating. tresclub is adding the courses. tryandtyoneon is in charge of spam/p o r n. i tend to think the biggest kudos goes to the linksters like us, whose fanaticism with the game has kept it alive all these years. So why would you make a tourney with a course you don't have?
and then ask for a free copy???

i think the courses should be marked pay or free , when setting up a tourney.
just so this sorta thing doesnt happen.
