I found the trophies in career mode

In career mode there is a choose new season option. Season 1,2 or 3. At the bottom of this window there is a view option. This opens a window that shows all of the tournaments per season and all of the possible trophies. You have to finish season 1 as a semi pro to be qualified for the season 1 week 1 pro event to get access to the Humongous insurance open trophy.
