game playing condition setup

Today's game setup for TCP 1st round is totally out of common sense. High winds, fast greens is completely out of line for this very narrow course. Not realistic. Only 1 player had a score under par. And this was for handicap calibration. WOW. Surely we can schedule these tournaments with more 'adroit'.
